Ms. Ferdushy Jahan brings a strong background in operations and vendor relations with over 8 years of diverse industry experience. She spent 5 years as an Operations Manager at a reputed global courier company, where she honed her skills in process optimization, logistics coordination, and team leadership. Building on that foundation, she went on to serve 3 years in the USA BPO service industry as a Regional Vendor Manager, successfully managing vendor networks, ensuring compliance, and driving service excellence.
